Obituary: Charlaina A. Wilson, 55, formerly of Guilford

Charlaina A. Wilson, longtime resident of Windsor, VT and formerly of Guilford, CT, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.

Charlaina was born in New Haven on August 14, 1966, and is the daughter of Dorothy (Marino) Wilson and the late Edward F. Wilson, Jr. She is the sister of Vanessa Wilson of Claremont, NH; Donna Barker of Gunnison, CO; Serena Wilson of Great Falls, VA; and Edward F. Wilson, III of Henniker, NH.

Charlaina is a graduate of Loomis Chaffee High School and of the University of Connecticut. She worked as an artist and jewelry maker, and enjoyed tennis; mountain biking; and her Maltese dog, Zak.

Friends are invited to calling hours on Thursday, April 28, from 4:00 – 7:00pm at the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St, Guilford. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. George’s Church, 33 Whitfield St, Guilford on Friday, April 29, at 10:00am. Burial will follow in Alder Brook Cemetery, 375 Boston St, Guilford.
