Obituary: Frances E. Noonan, 88, of Guilford

Saturday, July 10, 2021 Frances E. Noonan longtime resident of Guilford passed away peacefully at St. Raphael Hospital. Beloved wife of 67 years of Robert P. Noonan. Mrs. Noonan was born in New Haven on August 6, 1932, daughter of the late William Koelle and Josephine (Stoddard)Loving mother of Barbara Dill and her husband Jackson of North Carolina and the late Robert W. Noonan. She is also survived by a daughter – in – law JoAnn Noonan; four grandchildren, Jennifer Kaman, Amy Lope, Kevin Castanheira and Robert Noonan; and three great grandchildren, Ashlyn and Kaelyn Kaman and Isabella Lope. Predeceased by two sisters, Ann Torello and Jane O’Leary.

Frances is a graduate of Wilbur Cross High in New Haven. During her working career, she had worked as an administrative assistant for J B T Instruments. She enjoyed vacationing in Maine and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Friends are invited to Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, July 14 at 10 a.m. in St. George Church, 33 Whitfield St, Guilford. Burial will follow Mass at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave, North Haven.
