Outdoor Garden Yoga Class Benefits Guilford Meals On Wheels
Set for Sept. 15 from 4:30 to 5:20 p.m., the class, donated to Meals on Wheels by Erin Schuster, is open to all experience levels.
GUILFORD, CT — Enjoy an outdoor yoga class in a quiet garden near a pond while also helping to support Guilford Interfaith Volunteers' Meals on Wheels.
Set for Sept. 15 from 4:30 to 5:20, the class is open to all levels with no experience required.
The yoga flow class is being donated to Meals on Wheels by Erin Schuster, founder of Shoreline Yoga.

The location is in the Greene Art Gallery garden. Preregistration is required via email to shorelinectyoga@gmail.com
The cost of the class, $15, may be paid in cash or by check to Meals On Wheels, when one arrives at the class.

Schuster has been leading classes, workshops, and retreats since 2012 while also assisting the Kripalu Teacher Training. She "believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, both on and off the mat."
