Restaurant Among 26 New Businesses Registered In Guilford In August
26 new businesses registered in Guilford in August, including a full-service restaurant and a masonry contractor.
GUILFORD, CT — Guilford recorded 26 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Commercial landlords and residential landlords were the most common categories, with three filings each.
Among the new arrivals were AJIMA, a full-service restaurant, Horizon Architectural Films, a masonry contractor and NicSnack, a vending-machine business. All but one organized as a limited liability company; the exception was a professional LLC.
Registering with the state doesn't necessarily mean a business has opened its doors — the paperwork can come well before or after a launch. The full list, with addresses and business categories, is below.
