The Safety Zone Moves to New Corporate Headquarters in Guilford

The Safety Zone, a manufacturer of gloves and other personal protection products, recently moved into their new corporate headquarters and distribution center in Guilford, the New Haven Register reports.

The headquarters will be located at 385 Long Hill Road.

The Safety Zone employs 250 people, of which 83 are based in Connecticut, the paper reports. The international business has distribution centers in nine states and three countries.

According to the paper, the business bought the 150,000-square-foot property in 2011 for $1.37 million and has since undergone millions of dollars worth of renovations.
