GUILFORD, CT — For 20 years, Alice Terribile has taken your calls. She's been there for Guilford. Today, we honor her service to the town. Thank you, Alice.

"Today marked a special day for the Guilford Police Department. If you have called the station over the course of the last 2 decades, at some point, you probably had the the pleasure of speaking with Dispatcher Alice Terribile.

Dispatcher Terribile grew up in Guilford and served the agency for over 20 years. She took great pride in ensuring the safety of the community and our officers by being the lifeline for communication in both routine calls and emergency calls.

One of the benefits of working in a smaller agency is the sense of family and support we all have for each other. We are so grateful to have had a wonderful person in dispatch all these years to keep us safe. We will miss you Alice and we know this new journey will bring you happiness and peace.
