What is Cold Feet? Why They Should Not be Tolerated?

Having cold feet is something everybody dislikes but keeps ignoring despite the uneasiness. Along with some other foot problems, this is one of the most common issues pertaining to the feet. With cold feet, no one likes to walk – worse, nobody will even want to set their feet on the ground. This is a sense of uneasiness that is hard to explain for many people but they still choose to tolerate it. Well, don’t. This topic is covered in two articles. The first part will cover the problems that arise due to cold feet.

Cold Feet Can Lead To Following Problems:

Cold feet can cause several problems; from head to toes you can feel different issues if you do not avoid them. In some cases, if you have cold feet:

Sometimes, cold feet can be more than what they appear they can be indicating an underlying problem. Some of them include:

-          Cardiovascular disease

-          Prior trauma or injury to feet

-          Hypothermia

-          Frostbite

-          Damage to the nerves that supply blood to vessels in your feet

-          Carpal tunnel syndrome

-          Work with vibrating power machinery

-          Excessive typing or piano playing

-          Smoking, which causes blood vessels to constrict
