Winter Wonderland Event Set For Feb. 18
Ride in a horse drawn carriage, jump in a bounce house, play dodge ball, pose in a photo booth, with a painted face, and eat churros.
GUILFORD, CT — Rides around the Town Green in Allegra Farms' horse drawn carriages, made famous on the big screen, will be among the highlights at the Guilford Park and Recreation annual Winter Wonderland event.
Slated for Feb. 18 from noon until 3 p.m., the afternoon will include family activities from arts and crafts and bounce houses to photo booths and a race track.
The town says, "you will not want to miss the horse drawn carriage rides provided by Allegra Farms, the largest authentic livery stable in Connecticut where full time carriage service is their only business. Virtually every carriage, in addition to being a true antique, has a history of having transported famous actors or individuals in numerous movie or television productions."
