Later that night, around 6:30 p.m., Officer Brian Jackson responded to the Walmart parking lot on the report of an attempted robbery.
The 64-year-old victim told police that as she was walking to her vehicle in the parking lot, a dark-colored vehicle approached her, according to Vey.
