HAMDEN, CT — A New Haven resident won more than $15,000 on a Connecticut Lottery game that was sold in Hamden this week, according to officials.
On Nov. 6, Samuel Caro won $15,208 on a Play4 Night ticket that was sold at Snack Plus II on Putnam Avenue in Hamden.
