1st-Ever Library Card Design Contest Announced In Hamden: Here’s What To Know

The Hamden Public Library is calling on residents of all ages to participate in its first-ever library card design contest.

HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Public Library has announced its first-ever library card design contest.

Hamden residents of all ages are invited to submit a design for one of three different cards: adult, teen, and children.

Finalists in each category will be selected by library staff, and the winning designs will be voted on by the public.

Designs must be original works created by the participant without the use of generative AI, according to a news release.

All designs must be submitted by April 16th. No late entries will be considered.
