2 Found Dead Inside Home: Hamden Police

HAMDEN, CT — Two people were found dead inside a home in Hamden on Monday, according to police.

On Jan. 15, police responded to a Hampton Road residence on a welfare check. Officers found two deceased persons at the residence, police said.

The Hamden Police Department Detective Division assumed the investigation.

"At this time this appears to be an isolated domestic incident," police said. "This is an active investigation. There is no known danger to the public. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call Detective Joseph Venditto at 203-230-8247."
