HAMDEN, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $250,000 was recently sold in Hamden, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A Hamden resident won $250,000 on a $250,000 CA$HWORD ticket that was sold at Smoker's Discount World at 1394 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
