55th Annual Connecticut Irish Festival Feis & Agricultural Fair!

An entire weekend of fun for all! Cultural events, sports, dancing competitions, music, food, drinks, and more!

The Connecticut Irish Festival will be celebrating its 55th Anniversary on June 24 and 25 at the North Haven Fairgrounds, Route 5, 300 Washington Avenue. This event, sponsored by the Irish American Community Center, is the longest running Irish Festival in New England. Each year, thousands assemble to partake in a program featuring the finest in Irish music, dance, and sports while enjoying the camaraderie of those with similar interests.

Cultural offerings will include language and instrumental competitions as well as genealogy, traditional music presentations, an Irish bread competition, dart tournament, Irish sports, traditional Irish food and tea house, a beer garden, and our cultural building will house various Irish organizations and items.

Children under 12 are free and many family-friendly activities will be featured on both days. Some of the best musical acts will be performing throughout the weekend. Connecticut’s own, Nick Fradiani, is scheduled to perform on Saturday night. Other musical performances include The Coracles, Green Gates Ceili Band, The Maguires, Barleyjuice, Hooch, Just One More, The Lenihan School of Dance, the Curlews, Good Night Blue Moon, Joe Gerhard and Friends, Dan Heath Ringrose, and more! The full schedule of events can be found on our website: www.ctirishfestival.com.
