American Dance Experience Dancers Receive Scholarships

A couple of weeks ago, the American Dance Experience dancers traveled to Springfield, MA to compete in the Sheer Talent Dance Competition. After a very successful two days of competing where the students earned top awards, as well as high scores and special awards, the students took master classes. The classes were taught by the prestigious judges from the competition, in many different genres of dance. After the master classes there were more awards given out. Many of our students were awarded scholarships to be used for National or Regional competitions. These students were chosen for these scholarships based on how well they performed on stage, and in class.

ADE also had four students selected out of hundreds that received scholarships for the Ballet Seminar, that is being offered by Sheer Talent this summer in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lily Buckheit and Kayla Corcoran were offered full scholarships, and Alexis Vivenzio and Samantha Franzman were offered half scholarships to the Ballet Seminar. These students were awarded this honor based on their technique and how well they adapted taking classes from multiple teachers. They will have the opportunity now to travel and take classes by some of the most top notch teachers in the country.
