American Dance Experience Takes on Worlds
American Dance Experience Takes on World Dance Championship in Secaucus, New Jersey this August!

American Dance Experience was represented by 3 of their competition teams at the World Dance Championship in Secaucus, New Jersey earlier this month. This competition consists of dancers and teams from seven different countries around the world.
All teams competing had to win a Golden Ticket invite to even attend the competition from one of over 200 regional dance competitions. The first competing team consisted of 6 dancers which performed a tap routine to “Vive Le Swing.” This was the second year attending for this group of dancers. The second competing team consisted of 7 dancers which performed a tap routine to “Glam.” The third competing team consisted of 16 dancers which performed a tap routine to “The Purple One.” The groups spent the summer, practicing and prepping for their trip. The competing dances were choreographed by studio owner, Alicia DeCesare-Corcoran.
All three teams performed their hearts out and danced their absolute best! “Vive Le Swing” came home placing in the Top 10 and a third place win for the studio. “Glam” and “The Purple One”, came home placing in the Top 10 in their respective categories.

"I am beyond proud of all that they have done. They proved themselves on that stage and shined like the stars that they are," DeCesare-Corcoran said.
While all the hard work of the past year paid off, it’s already time to wipe the slate clean and plan for the new season.
