HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden baseball team improved to 10-7 with recent wins over Guilford and Shelton.
Senior Brady Dammling helped lead the Green Dragons to a 10-0 victory over Guilford on Thursday, May 7, at Hamden High School.
Dammling went 4-for-4, finishing with a grand slam, two doubles and a single.
It was a quick turnaround for Hamden with a road game against Notre Dame-West Haven on Friday at Painter Park in West Haven.
Notre Dame beat Hamden 8-2 to win its fourth straight game and improve to 11-1.
Hamden bounced back with a 5-3 win over Shelton on Monday at Shelton High School.
The Green Dragons will host Amity on Friday, May 15, at 5 p.m. at Hamden High School.
