The Sacred Heart Academy lacrosse team closed out its season with recent games against Sheehan and Mercy.

HAMDEN, CT — The Sacred Heart Academy lacrosse team earned a victory on its Senior Night with a 13-9 win over Sheehan last Friday in Hamden.

The Sharks entered the game with two straight losses, including a hard-fought 11-9 loss to Amity on Wednesday, May 13.

Sacred Heart Academy then closed out its season with a 13-12 loss to Mercy.

JJ Kirck scored four goals to lead the Sharks, while Amanda Kovacs had three, and Daniella DiNuzzo added two, according to GameTimeCT.

Sacred Heart Academy finished the season with a 5-11 record.
