Hamden Football Falls To Conard In Week 2 Action: PHOTOS

HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden football team lost a hard-fought game against Conard by a score of 26-21 on Friday night at Hamden High School.

The Green Dragons fell to 0-2 with the loss, while Conard improved to 2-0.

Joshua Johnson led Hamden with 99 yards rushing on 14 carries with touchdown runs of 5 yards and 35 yards, according to GameTimeCT.

Marquis Rose also hauled in a 44-yard touchdown pass from Soren Wallin for the Green Dragons.

Hamden will take on Hillhouse on Friday, Sept. 25 at 5 p.m. at Bowen Field in New Haven.
