HAMDEN, CT — Hamden's 26th Annual Fall Festival has been canceled due to inclement weather in the forecast, officials announced Thursday.
The event had been scheduled to take place Sept. 26 at Brooksvale Park in Hamden.
Meteorologists are expecting a nor'easter to bring heavy rain and strong winds to Connecticut this weekend.
