HAMDEN, CT — A quilt maker was among 68 businesses with Hamden addresses that registered with the state in September, according to the Connecticut Business Registry.
Garage Quilts LLC, on Moulton Street, registered under miscellaneous manufacturing. Business types in the registry are chosen by the filers themselves and have not been independently verified.
The new businesses spread across 52 categories. Four registered under real estate activities and four as clothing retailers, followed by three residential landlords and three residential remodelers.
Other newcomers include Wintergeen Sessions, a sound recording studio on Wintergreen Avenue; STAT Dental Lab on Whitney Avenue; Horizontal Sleep Disorders Center on Whitney Avenue; Verbo Expresa, a translation service on Marion Avenue; and Notary To The Republic on Shepards Knoll Drive.
