Leading Full-Service Property Management Company Continues Growth with Additional Resources

WESTPORT, CT and ORANGE, CT (November 7, 2012) – Consolidated Management Group (CMG), one of Connecticut’s foremost full-service property management companies headquartered in Westport, is today announcing the hire of three new employees to its growing team, all of which will be located at the Orange office on Boston Post Road.  The new team members include Stephen Spurrell as General Manager of CMG’s Maintenance Division, Kenneth William as Property Manager, and Deann Uberti as Property Manager.  This announcement comes on the heels of CMG’s addition of three new staff members to its Westport corporate offices.

Stephen Spurrell brings decades of managerial experience to the CMG team.  As President and Founder of Neighborhood Builders, Inc., Spurrell managed up to forty subcontractors on as many as three sites at a time.   As two-term President of the Home Builders Association of New Haven County, he has been recognized numerous times including “Builder of the Year” in 1999.   Spurrell was also a Police Officer with the Guilford Police Department for more than a decade, and have received numerous awards for life-saving efforts.    Most recently, he served as Account Manager at Shore Power, Inc. in Old Saybrook, Conn.   Spurrell graduated from Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I.

Kenneth Wilson is an experienced profession with an extensive experience in operations, sales and customer service.  Wilson has worked at several high-profile companies such as AT&T/SBC/SNET, most recently serving as Senior Manager of Direct Sales Operations, where he managed 12 staff members to meet 100 national client needs for contracts valued at $75 million.  In this role, he successfully expanded the national customer based with 20 new clients and was able to achieve more than $5M in new revenue.  Wilson received his B.S. in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College of New Haven, Connecticut.

Deann Uberti joins CMG with years of administrative assistant and customer service experience.  Prior to joining CMG, Uberti was Program Manager at Verify Inc. located in Trumbull, Conn., where she was the single point of contact for major accounts including Rolls-Royce, General Dynamics, and Bombardier.
