Award-Winning Fiction Writer Ethan Rutherford To Discuss His Work At Quinnipiac University

The event is set for Nov. 8.

From QU:Award winning fiction writer Ethan Rutherford, author of “The Peripatetic Coffin and Other Stories,” will discuss his writing at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8, in the Carl Hansen Student Center, Room 201, at Quinnipiac University,275 Mount Carmel Ave. This event is free and open to the public.

Rutherford’s fiction has appeared in “One Story, American Short Fiction” and “The Best American Short Stories.” His book, “The Peripatetic Coffin and Other Stories,” was a Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers selection and a winner of a Minnesota Book Award.

Rutherford received his Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, and he is currently an assistant professor of English at Trinity College.
