HAMDEN, CT — A company specializing in employee benefits and consulting has leased space at 109 Sanford St. in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz.  Bluepoint Benefit Advisors LLC signed a five-year lease for 9,600 square feet of office space at the site, Levey Miller Maretz announced in a press release.  Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord, Devonshire LLC, in the deal.
