Hamden, CT – May 19, 2025 — Family and friends of the late Tom Tolisano will host the 1st Annual Tom Tolisano Memorial Golf Classic on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at The Vue, 310 West Shepard Avenue, Hamden, CT. This meaningful event honors Tom’s life and his journey with dementia while raising funds for a cause close to his loved ones’ hearts.

All proceeds will benefit Meadow Mills at Whitney Center, a not-for-profit memory care community. Whitney Center has served seniors in Hamden and the Greater New Haven area since 1979, fostering a vibrant and purposeful environment where residents and families thrive.

Meadow Mills is dedicated to helping individuals live with dignity, joy, and a deep sense of belonging in a secure, homelike setting.
