On Sunday September 27, 2026, the Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter will be sponsoring the 32nd annual Greater New Haven Walk To End Alzheimer's. This event will again be held at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven. There are 80,000 diagnosed persons in the State of Connecticut, and over 100,000 caregivers providing free care. You can register on line using the file attachment below. Archbishop Coyne began his ministry in Hartford on May 1, 2024, after serving as Coadjutor Archbishop since October 2023. Born and raised in Woburn, Massachusetts, he was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Boston in 1986 and has since faithfully served the Church in various capacities, including national leadership roles with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.Catholic speaker <a href="https://www.amyekeh.com/about" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Amy Ekeh</a> will serve as Master of Ceremonies. Amy is an award-winning author, a longtime friend of the Apostles, and currently serves as the Director of Mission Advancement for Apostles.&nbsp;Tickets are $135 per person and include dinner. The community meeting sponsored by the Hamden Newhall Neighborhood Association (H.N.N.A) in February was a success! We saw strong participation and engagement focused on the Newhall neighborhood foundation repairs and the demolition of the former Hamden Middle School, the conversation continues!
