The Shoreline Jazz Quintet returns to Thornton Wilder Hall with an entirely new program of compositions written by one of the legendary figures of Jazz music, the pianist/composer Thelonious Monk.
Monk's music is an essential component of Jazz pedagogy. Whether you are a lifelong Jazz enthusiast or discovering his music for the first time, this concert presents an opportunity to hear unique arrangements of one of the most significant musical innovators in Jazz history.
