Catch Hamden vs Notre Dame Thanksgiving Football Highlights on Vantage Sports Network
Frontier's all-local sports channel to broadcast football highlights from across the state
Frontier Communications today announced that Vantage™ Sports Network (VSN-CT) – Frontier’s new, all-local sports channel -- will broadcast highlights from some of the biggest high school football games throughout the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
Coverage kicks off at 6:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving (11/24) with a special “Football Feast” edition of CT Sports Now, the channel’s daily sports highlights show. On Friday, November 25, Vantage Sports Network will re-broadcast the highlights show and replay select games in their entirety.
There will be 16 football games featured in the CT Sports Now Thanksgiving show, including:

• Cheshire @ Southington
• Bristol Eastern @ Bristol Central

“High school football games on Thanksgiving are a tradition that brings families and communities together in Connecticut,” said Paul Quick, SVP of Frontier’s Connecticut Operations. “We are delighted to bring these games and highlights to our customers and hope that everyone gets a chance to see their children, grandchildren and friends play in the big game!”
Vantage Sports Network, exclusive to Frontier’s Vantage TV™ customers, recently launched with the goal of providing all-local youth, high school and collegiate sports coverage to customers across the state. In addition to the daily CT Sports Now show, the channel also broadcasts a variety of live games and replays throughout the day.

The channel broadcasts from Sacred Heart University’s state-of-the-art television studio; content is developed by Noah Finz, with SHU students serving as field producers, directors, studio managers and editors.
