Co-Ed Golf League Announced In Hamden

The Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce announces registration for its 2019 Co-Ed Golf League.

HAMDEN, CT — (Contributed article): Spring is in the air and with it comes another fun Co-Ed Golf League at the Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce. Love to golf? Some of the best networking is done on the golf course. So, join this all-level Co-Ed Golf League of area business professionals for some business building on the links. This 17-week league will begin with an opening day celebration at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7 at Laurel View Country Club, 310 West Shepard Avenue in Hamden.

The league will continue every Tuesday through September 3. Golfers should arrive at 4 p.m. Tee assignments will be sent via email the day before. First tee time at 4:45 p.m. A $50 per golfer seasonal league membership fee is due upon registration. A $25 weekly fee must also be paid directly to the Pro Shop.

“This is an opportunity to grow your business and meet and network with other professionals,” said Nancy Dudchik, HRCC President. “We can network on the course while we’re playing and have additional networking at Laurel View’s 19th Hole afterwards.”

While all levels of expertise are welcome, golfers must supply their own equipment and are required to maintain pace of play. The Opening Day celebration will feature a mini tournament. Price includes 9 holes and a cart. At the end of the season, golfers will be recognized at an End of League reception and awards presentation.
