Convenience Store Robbed At Gunpoint: Hamden Police
The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes in the armed robbery, according to police.

HAMDEN, CT — Hamden Police are investigating the armed robbery of the Snack Plus store in which the suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes, according to Capt. Ronald Smith. The robbery occurred at about 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 7 at the store, located at 75 Putnam Avenue.
Smith said investigation revealed that an individual, described as a black male, 5-feet-9 inches to 6-feet tall with a medium, wearing dark-colored clothing, entered the store while in the possession of a gun.
The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes. He was last seen fleeing on foot, northbound on Glendale Street, according to Smith.
