Developer Buys Vacant Lots, Plans Retail Project In Hamden: Report

The developer recently bought two vacant lots in Hamden.

HAMDEN, CT — A developer is looking to build a 10,640-square-foot retail building after buying two vacant lots on Whitney Avenue in Hamden, according to the Hartford Business Journal.

The Hartford Business Journal reports the developer bought the vacant properties at 4107 and 4121 Whitney Avenue for $335,000.
