The warrant stemmed from the investigation into a theft of services complaint from Valentine’s Day of 2009, when the arrestee and three others ordered and ate dinner at TGI Friday’s restaurant, then left without paying the bill, police said.

During that incident, one of the party left their wallet on the table, which allowed officers to identify the arrestees, police said. Redwood was the last of the four to answer for the warrant, police said.
