Injured Dog Reunited With Owner: Hamden Police (Updated)

The dog was struck by a vehicle and found in Hamden over the weekend.

UPDATE: The dog that was struck by a vehicle has been reunited with its owner, according to police.

HAMDEN, CT — Police are asking for help locating a lost dog’s owner. The brown male pit bull mix, neutered, (pictured) has an injury to his left front leg which police say was most likely the result of being hit by a car.

The dog was found on St Mary's Street on Saturday, Oct. 20. He has been seen by a veterinarian, according to police. To sign up for Hamden breaking news alerts and more, click here.
