Dog Rescued in Hamden Fire

One dog was rescued by a firefighter and several other pets were able to escape the fire.

Hamden firefighters responded to a working residential structure fire at 240 Welton Street around 7:10 p.m. on Friday night.

One dog was rescued from the fire by a member of engine 3. Kudos to FF Kevin Recca on the grab. Several other pets were able to escape the fire.
