Come on out to the Hamden/North Haven YMCA, located at 1605 Sherman Ave in Hamden on Saturday May 19th for our Open House, facility hours are 6:30am-5:30pm. Take a tour of the facility, take part in a Cycling class at 7:00am, Pilates class at 8:00am, or Zumba at 9:00am. You can also observe some of our other great programs for kids such as martial arts, soccer, and swim lessons, or just come ready to workout as use the facility is free all day! And the first 25 tours will receive a free YMCA Gym Bag (one per family while supplies last.)
