New Haven Theater Company and New Haven Review present the Fall 2011 season of LISTEN HERE, a series of short story readings staged at Best Video in Hamden.
The format is simple: the editors of the New Haven Review pick the short stories and New Haven Theater Company provide actors to give voice to those works.
The theme of this month's LISTEN HERE is "It's a Mad, Mad World." Short stories to be read are Charlotte Perkins Gilman's "The Yellow Wallpaper" and Jack London's "Moon-Face".
The Coffee Bar will be open with a fine selection of delicious snacks and refreshments, including Willoughby's coffee. Admission, as for all of Best Video's Performance Space events, is free.
