Quinnipiac University School of Law to screen ‘Out of the Ashes: 9/11'

The Quinnipiac University School of Law will host a screening of “Out of the Ashes: 9/11,” a documentary about the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund, at 5 p.m. in the Grand Courtroom.

The screening will be followed by a 7 p.m. panel discussion featuring Professor Marilyn Berger of the Seattle University School of Law, the film’s executive producer, writer and co-director, Richard Bieder, a senior trial attorney with Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder, PC, who helped Trial Lawyers Care to provide pro bono representation to fund claimants; and Jennifer Brown, professor of law at Quinnipiac and an expert in alternative dispute resolution. Raymond Foery, a professor of communications at Quinnipiac, will moderate.
