Family Seeks Missing Dog In Hamden: Animal Control

HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden Animal Control is asking residents to keep an eye out for a missing dog.

“Please be on the lookout for this female Shih Tzu / Maltese mix!” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook.

The dog escaped from the 50 block of Benham Street, according to the animal control.

“Her family is missing her terribly,” the animal control wrote. “She is wearing a pink collar with no tags and is not microchipped.

“Call 203-230-4075 with any sightings. Please share. Thank you!”
