‘Grinch’ Steals Christmas Trees From Boy Scouts In Hamden
Officials with Boy Scout Troop 600 in Hamden said they won't let the "Grinch's" actions push them down.
HAMDEN, CT — A “Grinch” stole Christmas trees from a fundraising troop of Boy Scouts in Hamden.
However, officials with Boy Scout Troop 600 said they “won’t let that push us down.”
“All we can say is we hope whoever needed our trees, needed them as bad as our scouts needed equipment, summer camp, advancement tools and all the other things we use our fundraising money for,” reads a post on the Boy Scout Troop 600’s Facebook page.

The troop is holding a Breakfast with Santa fundraiser at Mt. Carmel Congregational Church, 3284 Whitney Ave. in Hamden, on Sunday, Dec. 5. The event starts at 11 a.m.
“Please come out and help our scouts this weekend,” officials wrote. “We have Breakfast with Santa. And would love to see all our friends!”
