Hamden-Based Manufacturer Acquires Printing Company
The company announced the acquisition this week.
HAMDEN, CT — Hamden-based PackEdge Inc. announced Thursday that it has acquired Keno Graphics, a commercial printing company based in Shelton.
The acquisition expands PackEdge’s business beyond custom packaging into commercial printing, creating what the company described as a more integrated solution for clients across New England and the Northeast.
PackEdge said the deal brings together its work in custom folding cartons, specialty die-cutting and paper-to-board lamination with Keno Graphics’ offset and digital printing, bindery, mailing services and large-format production, according to a news release.

According to the announcement, the combined companies will offer services from packaging design through printing and mailing, which the company said can reduce complexity for brands that use multiple vendors.
“Keno Graphics has long been more than a vendor to us—they are a trusted partner whose commitment to quality and customer service mirrors our own,” PackEdge President Adam Aron said in the news release. “Bringing them into the PackEdge family allows us to offer clients a truly end-to-end solution, from custom package design and die-cutting through commercial printing, mailing, and bindery services.”
