The Cornell Scott Hill Health Center, in partnership with QVHD, Hamden Public Schools, and the Town of Hamden, will be operating a Flu Shot Clinic at Hamden Middle School (2623 Dixwell Ave. 06518) on Monday, November 2nd from 1:00-4:00pm for those who would like to protect themselves as well as others this Flu season.
For those with NO Insurance:$32 for those under 65 years old • $68 for those 65 years and older
$0 COPAY WITH MOST INSURANCE ID and Insurance Cards Required
