Hamden To Hold Special Voter Registration Session

The town will hold a special voter registration session to enroll voters who wish to vote in the upcoming municipal election.

HAMDEN, CT — The Town of Hamden Registrar of Voters Office announces a special voter registration session to enroll voters who wish to vote in the upcoming municipal election on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, as well as make residents aware of the following information.

The Hamden Registrar of Voters Office is holding an in-person Special Voter Registration Session on Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The location is the Registrar of Voters Office, located on the main floor of Hamden Government Center, 2750 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden.

Deadlines:

Tuesday, Oct. 31

9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Hand-delivered registration application deadline
  • Mail-in registration application deadline (postmark)
  • Deadline to register at a DMV or other voter registration agency

Redistricting Information:

Redistricting occurs after the census is completed every 10 years to adjust our district maps in response to population shifts. Please be aware, your voting location MAY have changed.

Additional Information:

Absentee applications and ballots are available as of Friday, Oct. 6, 2023 in the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours. Please click here for more information.

Post cards from the Registrar of Voters Office will be mailed to each household.
