Hamden Liquor Store’s Permit Suspended, Fined

The liquor store has been fined and had its liquor permit suspended, according to state officials.

HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden liquor store’s liquor permit will be temporarily suspended next month, according to officials.

The Liquor Mart at 3837 Whitney Avenue will have its liquor permit suspended from Nov. 13 through, and including, Nov. 15, according to the Department of Consumer Protection Liquor Control Commission.

The suspension “has been imposed for violation” of sale to a minor, according to state records.
