Hamden To Open Warming Centers

Due to the prediction of extreme weather temperatures for the week, Hamden will offer warming centers, located around the town, to those who may be in need.

Locations that will serve as warming centers include all of the Hamden Fire Stations, which will be open 24 hours.

Additionally, during normal operating hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), the Keefe Center, town libraries, the foyer of the Police Department and the Government Center Building will also serve as warming center locations.
