Hamden Police Blotter: Dec. 19 Through Dec. 28, 2023

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Ebony L. Smith, 41, of Wethersfield, was arrested Dec. 19 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was additionally charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, one count each of interfering with officer / resisting, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree failure to appear. She was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $30,000, according to state judicial records.

Tyrese Phillips, 51, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 30.

Nyasia M. Allen-Moye, 23, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 20 on a charge of risk of injury to child. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 1.

Michael F. Bradley, 38, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 20 on four counts of violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $60,000 with a court date of Feb. 14.

Mark Nowakowski, 42, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and operating under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 20.

Gregory Pittman, 43, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of third-degree assault, risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 15.

Tyrell Brock, 34, of New Haven, was arrested Dec. 24 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Tyrell Gore, 35, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 24 on charges of third-degree assault, risk of injury to child and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 9.

Alex P. Lawrence, 31, of New Haven, was arrested Dec. 25 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 23.

Samuel McCabe, 42, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 26 on charges of criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery, and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 15.

Jayden T. Thomas, 22, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 27 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 22.

Samuel C. Tate, 24, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 27 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Markel R. Greene, 52, of New Haven, was arrested Dec. 28 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 13.
