Hamden Police Blotter: Jan. 2 Through Jan. 9, 2026
Recent arrests by the Hamden Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Shannon B. Mosca, 34, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 2 on two counts of violation of probation. She was released after posting bonds totaling $30,000 with a court date of Feb. 6, according to state judicial records.
Jessica Tepper, 36, of Southington, was arrested Jan. 3 on a charge of risk of injury to child. She was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.

Victor Hardamen, 49, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 29.
James N. Mack, 52, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 4 on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, violating a protective order, and first-degree failure to appear. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 23.

Joel J. Pazmino, 19, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 4 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 12.
Anthony Murphy, 48, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, and second-degree harassment. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 10.
Drew T. Arrington, 41, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 12.
Bryan Correa-Jacho, 25, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 13.
Jonathan Burdier, 25, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 5 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 3.
Michael Allderige, 31, of North Haven, was arrested Jan. 5 on a charge of third-degree criminal trespass. A re-arrest order was issued on Jan. 21, according to judicial records.
Jaylen D. Henderson, 19, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 12.
Martin M. Beckford, 31, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 12.
Tylise Y. Cousins-Mason, 32, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 12.
Robert E. Connyer, 76, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 7 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 23.
Michael J. Lewis, 31, of Wethersfield, was arrested Jan. 7 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment, and second-degree threatening. He was being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 9. He was also charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment, and was being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond on those charges.
Pawel Skretowicz, 38, of Meriden, was arrested Jan. 8 on a charge of second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 12.
Kanat Yalcin, 31, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 19.
