Hamden Police Blotter: Jan. 5 Through Jan. 16, 2024

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Alex P. Lawrence, 31, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 23, according to state judicial records.

Michelle Wilson, 49, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 1.

David I. Garcia-Cubas, 23, of Norwalk, was arrested Jan. 6 on two counts of violation of home improvement contract requirements. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 20.

Harold A. Whitley, 50, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 6 on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 6.

Delores Marshall, 68, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 8 on charges of violation of protective order and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 20.

Grender M. Arthur, 63, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 8 on charges of second-degree assault, second-degree threatening – physical threat, and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $30,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 16.

George Cunningham, 55, of New Haven, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 20.

Christopher T. Fusco, 33, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 12 on charges of third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation / suffocation, and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of March 11. He was also charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court.

Lauren M. Lynch, 39, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 12 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment and illegal discharge of firearm. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 28.

Tramaine D. Williams, 31, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 14 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 21.

Christian I. Mora, 38, of Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 6.

William McNeil, 71, of Hamden, was arrested Jan. 16 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical harm and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 26.
