Hamden Police Blotter: Nov. 27 Through Dec. 7, 2023

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Steven A. Dostie, 55, of North Branford, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit / issuing a bad check over $2,000. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 22, according to state judicial records.

Lawrence Farrell, 60, of North Branford, was arrested Nov. 27 on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny and issuing a bad check over $2,000. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Jan. 29.

Brian Bowden, 38, of New Haven, was arrested Nov. 27 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 24. He was also charged on Dec. 6 with violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 24.

John Iacobucci, 34, of Hamden, was arrested Nov. 30 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to child. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 25.

Thomas C. Picard, 51, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 3 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 12.

Anthony Knox, 34, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 4 on four counts of violation of protective order and one count of interfering with officer / resisting. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 30.

Reynaldo Herrera, 62, of Bronx, New York, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 2.

Kris E. Chaplin, 47, of Clinton, was arrested Dec. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, following too closely – with accident, and evading responsibility – injury/property damage. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of Dec. 20.

Keyshawn E. Green, 31, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 6 on a charge of improper storage of pistol/revolver in motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 20.

Brandon Mills, 22, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 6 on a charge of sale of controlled substance – not narcotic / hallucinogen. He was released after posting a $35,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 20.

Deovion L. Davis, 22, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 31.

Michael L. Estep, 35, of Hamden, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 31.

Ebony Smith, 41, of New Haven, was arrested Dec. 7 on three counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of first-degree criminal trespass, and one count each of interfering with officer / resisting and second-degree failure to appear. She was held in lieu of bonds totaling $27,500 with court dates of Dec. 21 and Dec. 28.
