Hamden to Present Tribute to Frank Sinatra
The Hamden Arts Commission will present "Echoes of Sinatra: A Celebration of a Man and his Music" this weekend.
The Hamden Art Commission will continue its 2015-16 season of Peter C. Hereld Sensational Sunday Performance Series with a performance of "Echoes of Sinatra: A Celebration of a Man and His Music" on Sunday, March 13, at 2 p.m.
Connecticut's own Steve Kazlauskas will pay tribute to the legendary performer with stories about his life and renditions of his most popular songs, including "My Way" and "New York, New York.
The concert will be held in the handicapped-accessible Thornton Wilder Hall, Miller Cultural Complex, 2901 Dixwell Ave., Hamden.
Admission is $7 general admission/ $5 for senior citizens, students and children 12 and under.
Tickets are sold at the door only. The series is presented with generous support from the estate of former Commissioner Emeritus Peter C. Hereld.
