HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in her home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On October 9, Melissa Walter, of Hamden, purchased a 30x Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Wheels Of CT store in Hamden and won $10,000.
